Refund Policy

Fiat Refunds
100% refund if no work has started. 50% refund if the project is cancelled mid-development. No refund after final delivery and client approval.
Crypto Refunds
Crypto refunds are processed in the same cryptocurrency at the current market rate at time of refund. We cannot guarantee the same fiat-equivalent due to price volatility. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of approval.
Milestone Refunds
For milestone-based projects: completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. Incomplete milestones are refunded at 100% if we fail to deliver. Disputed milestones are resolved through mediation.
Escrow Projects
Projects using escrow have funds held until milestone completion. Either party can trigger the dispute process. Escrowed funds are released only on mutual agreement or arbitration outcome.
How to Request a Refund
Email zahid@webuildcrew.com with your project name and refund request. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 48 hours.
