1. Services
WeBuildCrew provides web development, mobile app development, bot development, and automation services. All services are governed by individual project agreements/proposals.
2. Payment Terms
Projects are milestone-based. First milestone payment is required before work begins. Crypto payments are accepted (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL) and are non-reversible once work commences. Escrow is available for projects above $5,000.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all project deliverables are assigned to the client. WeBuildCrew retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.
4. Revisions
Unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately. We aim to exceed expectations, not argue scope.
5. Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates based on project scope. We communicate proactively if delays occur. Rushed delivery requests may incur additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
WeBuildCrew' liability is limited to the project value paid. We are not liable for third-party platform changes (Telegram API updates, etc.) after delivery.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international digital service laws. Disputes are resolved through good-faith mediation first, then binding arbitration.
